Art Director
As Art Director on this project, I oversaw the work of other designers and 4 concept artists who helped craft the overall style and concept of the game. We also utilized an external vendor for the production of art assets that I managed.
UX Director
As UX Director, I supervised the studio’s user experience process. Led a team of 2 UX designers through training, workshops and annual reviews. Collaborated with key leaders and stakeholders to understand business goals, target audience members and other factors that will impact their user experience approach. I delegated responsibilities to staff members to ensure the team stays productive, organized and efficient.
